If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, unused items in original packaging and condition may be EXCHANGED within 7 days of tracking number delivery date. Please note our company does not offer exchange shipping labels at this time. All shipping costs will be subject to the customer to fulfill.
To exchange an item, please send an email inquiry with your full name and order number attached to info@builtbodybrand.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if your exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll then be issued store credit via email within 10 business days.
Please note sale items and gift cards are final purchase and cannot be exchanged.
