HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once you place an order, your package will be shipped out ASAP, usually the same day, but if delays occur, it may take up to 2 days. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. You should receive your items in 3-5 business days from the shipping date. (United States only) Due to variability by the shipping company, we cannot guarantee arrival on specific dates.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal as well as the customs department in your country.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) We charge in USD currency only.
 
HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
 
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has already been processed and/or shipped. If you would like to make a change to your shipping address, please be sure to message us ASAP on our Contact Us page after placing the order.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
 
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking shows "Delivered" and you still have not received your package, you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.
